2003: Foundation of Solutions Nursing
Founded in September 2003, the family business works in the field of training, recruitment and placement of nurses with a specialization in expanded role nursing in remote regions. Our business is constantly expanding. We owe our success mainly to the satisfaction of our clients with our expanded role training course and also to the quality of the recruited nursing staff. Our organization is now positioned as a leader in Quebec in this specialty.
2006: Alpha Contest Prize
In 2006, our company was awarded the Alpha Contest Prize from the Ville St-Laurent Chamber of Commerce for the young company that stood out the most.
2007: public-private partnership agreement (PPP)
In 2007, we signed a public-private partnership agreement (PPP) with the Ungava Tulattavik Health Center for the management of advertising, recruitment, medical examinations and training of all nurses in pre-hiring of the Tulattavik Health Center. Throughout our partnership, we have contributed to great efficiency in the recruitment of this organization. This partnership continued from 2007 to 2013.
2009: Launched their own training book: Soluguide
In September 2009, Solutions Nursing LFC Inc launched their own training book: Soluguide. This work, popularly known to date by nurses as “the Northern Bible”, is a tool intended for expanded role nurses as well as for the rest of the nursing staff.
2011: printing of the 1st English version of the Soluguide
In 2011, we printed the 1st English version of the Soluguide. The company went beyond the borders of Quebec for the sale of Soluguide in the rest of Canada, in the USA and in Europe.

2017: First expanded role training in English
In 2017, we offered our first expanded role training in English and are starting nursing placement in the great territory of Nunavut.
